Customer Support

Do you have a question or feedback about our products, or have you spotted a bug? If the answer is yes, our team of experts is here to help. If you have such problems or queries, please contact our Customer Support team via the Support form. To create a new ticket for the attention of the Blackwall team:

  1. Ensure that you are logged into your Blackwall account.
  2. From the main navigation menu bar, click Support. ../../img/ui-support-2.png
  3. From the secondary menu, click Create a New Ticket.
  4. From the dropdown field CATEGORY, select one of the following values:
    • Technical support
    • Billing questions
    • Report a bug
    • Suggest a feature
  5. From the dropdown field WEBSITES AFFECTED, select one of the website assets that you have already added to your account.
  6. In the SUBJECT field, type a brief heading that describes your request or issue.
  7. In the DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM, describe in detail the nature of your request or issue.
  8. In the ATTACHMENTS section, optionally, click Choose files to add up to ten files to the ticket. Only add files that help explain your question.
  9. Click SUBMIT to submit your ticket.

The more information that you provide in your feedback or issue, the better that we can assist you.

Documentation Support

As a valued Blackwall customer, we’d love to hear your feedback on our product documentation and API documentation. All feedback is beneficial and appreciated, including what we’re doing well and what we could improve.

You can share your docs feedback by emailing doc-team@botguard.ee, or preferably use our dedicated feedback tool, which appears in a dedicated tab at the right side of each page in the docs. To help us deal with your feedback effectively, please include the following information:

  • Your name
  • Your company
  • The URL of a documentation page, if you are reporting a specific documentation issue. This is captured automatically using the docs feedback tab.
  • The issue/feedback text that you wish to submit

The documentation team reviews all feedback received thoroughly and we aim to assign remedial tasks within five working days.
