Documentation Support
As a valued Blackwall customer, we’d love to hear your feedback on our product documentation and API documentation. All feedback is beneficial and appreciated, including what we’re doing well and what we could improve.
You can share your docs feedback by emailing doc-team@botguard.ee, or preferably use our dedicated feedback tool, which appears in a dedicated tab at the right side of each page in the docs. To help us deal with your feedback effectively, please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your company
- The URL of a documentation page, if you are reporting a specific documentation issue. This is captured automatically using the docs feedback tab.
- The issue/feedback text that you wish to submit
The documentation team reviews all feedback received thoroughly and we aim to assign remedial tasks within five working days.
